How to apply for an ILFA bursary?

Allied healthcare professionals working in respiratory medicine can apply for a bursary by completing the application form and returning it to info@ilfa.ie by 31st July. Please call Gemma on 086 871 5264 if you have any queries.

The winners will be announced by 16th August and the successful applicants will be notified shortly thereafter. The winners are responsible for organising their own travel and registering with the ILD-INN conference.

What is expected of the bursary recipients?

The successful applicants will be asked to write a report for ILFA on the benefits of receiving an educational bursary and attending the conference, and how this will influence their clinical work with lung fibrosis patients.

The report must be submitted to ILFA within 4 weeks of the conference end and may be printed in the ILFA newsletter, online and in social media with photographs of the bursary recipients.

The successful applicants will be asked to acknowledge ILFA in any presentations or reports related to their bursary.
