Would You Like To Become More Involved With ILFA?

Perhaps you could do a once-off fundraising event such as a coffee morning or maybe you would be interested in setting up a local ILFA branch where you live.

DONATIONS

There are 4 ways to make a donation to ILFA;

(1) Donation form

 Click here to download a donation form. Please fill in your details, and send it with your donation to:

The  ILFA  TREASURER, 22  MONTROSE  CRESCENT,  ARTANE,  DUBLIN 5.

(2) Bank transfer

You can transfer money directly to ILFA's Bank Account.
Account name: The Irish Lung Fibrosis Association.

Important! When lodging money to the ILFA account, please ensure you:

  • Always include your name or the name of the organisation on the lodgement slip.
  • Include your contact details; including address, telephone number, and email address 

This will ensure that we know who made the lodgement and we can acknowledge receipt of your donation to ILFA.

(3) On-line donation

You can donate securely to ILFA directly using your debit or credit card at www.mycharity.ie/charity/ilfa 
All donations made on-line go directly to the ILFA bank account.


(4) Standing order

Why not consider making a regular contribution to ILFA using a standing order ? A standing order form can be downloaded for your convenience. Please return the completed form to ILFA TREASURER, 22 Montrose Crescent, Artane, Dublin 5, for processing.

TAX RELIEF

If you are a PAYE taxpayer, and make either a single donation or donations totalling €250 or more during a single year, ILFA can claim tax relief, at no extra cost to you. Donations are cumulative, so a standing order of €21 per month (€252 per year) enables ILFA to benefit from tax relief. If the tax is not claimed, it remains with the Revenue Commissioners.

If you are a PAYE taxpayer and pay tax at the standard rate of 20%, your donation of €250 is worth €300 to ILFA.

If you are a PAYE taxpayer and pay tax at the higher rate of 41%, your donation of €250 is worth €352.50 to ILFA.

You can download the Tax Relief CHY2 Form and post it back to us. Please send your completed form to ILFA, P.O. Box 104567, Blackrock, Co. Dublin.
